Cancellation Policies
- ALL RESERVATIONS
- If cancellation is 16 days or more from reservation date, cancellation fee is $20.
For Holidays, if cancellation is 30 or more days from reservation date, cancellation fee is $25
- Whirlpool Rooms
- If cancellation is 15 days to 2 days from reservation date, $25 cancellation fee per
night if room is RERENTED, otherwise room rate will be charged for each night.
If cancellation is 2 days or less from reservation date, $60 cancellation fee per night
if room is RERENTED, if room is not RERENTED, otherwise full room rate will be charged for each night.
- Regular Rooms
- If cancellation is 15 days to 2 days from reservation date, $20 cancellation fee per
night if room is RERENTED, otherwise room rate will be charged for each night.
If cancellation is 2 days or less from reservation date, $50 cancellation fee per night if room is
RERENTED, if room is not RERENTED, otherwise full room rate will be charged for each night.
